constant concern on parking which appeared on booking to be avialable.at the back. there were what appeared to be 2 spaces for our house which had 6 or so appts. One was permanently used the other was free so we used it luckily without interruption especially as my wife is somewhat disabled. On booking it said on street parking was 10 mins away which is a heck of a distance away plus knowing Norwich I doubt whether spaces would have been available. The situation should be absolutely clear on booking. There was no toilet roll and the shower needs re tightening as it is not firmly fixed to the wall. The tiling on the front steps is in bad repair and loose tiles are becoming dangerously slippy. Finally as we left the Fire Hazard alarm was continually going off. A resident in Apartment 1 was trying to resolve but we also left a message with your office.

The location is good. The staff is very kind.

Although it was very clean, the dusty/musty smell was noticeable. I am allergic to dust, so it was kind of uncomfortable my staying in the place. The bedroom blinds does not shut completely, thus some light was filtered.

Location and very clean.

Some issues with kitchen equipment (no bread knife, only 1 dessert spoon, shelf in fridge broken etc) generally a little dated, could do with a refresh. Back door lock didn’t work, only worked 1/20 attempts.
