"Palermo nicht von seiner besten Seite"

Am besten die Abreise. Die hat optimal geklappt. Der über Claudia, die Wohnungsbetreuerin, engagierte Fahrer war VOR der vereinbarten Zeit-6 Uhr morgens - da, super. Ansonsten: Anreise mit Mietwagen zur angegebenen Adresse nicht möglich; undichte Dusche; undichte Wasserarmatur im Bad, was regelmäßig zu Wasserpfützen in den Schubläden des Badeschrankes führte. Lüften via Fenstertüre wegen EXTREMEN Gestankes aus der Gasse schlecht möglich, aber gute Klimaanlage.

Trotz geschlossenen Fenstertüre heftige Lautstärke aus der Gasse drunter v.a. zwischen 22.00 und 02.00 Uhr (Schreien; Mopeds; "Musik"). Die Via Fondaco di Palazzo Reale gehört zweifelsfrei mit ihren Wohnhöhlen und den zertretenen Müllhaufen eher in den nahen Osten als zu Europa. Sehr eindrucksvolles Milieu, leider in der Bewerbung nicht entsprechend beschrieben.

"Great stay in a historic neighborhood."

The location near the Ballaro market and the Palazzo di Normani is really great. Many restaurants and tourist sights are in easy walking distance. Even the Palermo Central train station is only 15 - 20 minutes on foot. The neighborhood is nice.G Hosts are very friendly, gave us lists of restaurants nearby. Go visit the Palazzo Conte Federico next door. It's really worthwhile.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Pokój był bardzo ładny, czysty i urządzony ze smakiem. Dużym atutem była świetna lokalizacja – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. Wyciszone okna zapewniały ciszę i komfortowy wypoczynek, mimo położenia w centrum. Dodatkowym udogodnieniem była winda w obiekcie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

"My favorite place to stay in Palermo."

Lovely apartment in great location. Comfortable bed, great shower. Claudia is a wonderful hostess - it makes such a difference to have her meet you when you arrive. This was my second time renting from her and I plan to return in September.

Great place, good location, close to the cathedral and the Conte Federico Palace.

I asked the host if I could leave my bags for just 30 minutes after check-out, but she mentioned that check-out was at 10:00, which I understand. It just would have been nice to receive some information about nearby luggage storage options or a suggestion on where I could leave my bags.
