David house alla Vucciria

David parle bien français et c'est un plus. Il se rend disponible en cas de souci. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Palerme. L'appartement est grand.

Du double vitrage est necessaire dans les chambres car elles donnent côté rue où il y a un bar. Du coup on a mal dormi et dû acheter des boules quies. Pour cuisiner ça manque de materiel. Et la chasse d eau est capricieuse.

Localisation

Un peu vieillot

La ubicación es muy buena por lo que no es necesario coger autobuses o taxis, pero al ser el caso antiguo son todo callejuelas. El piso es un bajo muy antiguo pero fresco. Además tiene bomba de calor en el salón y un dormitorio.

El apartamento es muy oscuro al ser un 1º, pero no era problema al estar visitando la ciudad durante la mayor parte del tiempo y muy antiguo. Necesita una reforma. El acceso a la vivienda (el portal) está en ruinas, da un poco de reparo entrar allí. En la cocina faltaba un tostador, papel de cocina, paños de cocina nuevos o limpios, detergente para lavar los platos y papel higiénico en el baño. Los muebles son muy antiguos y oscuros.

Doskonała lokalizacja w samym centrum i mimo że centrum jest głośne to uliczka jest spokojna. Mieszkanie klimatyczne, przestrzenne, ż meblami które mają duszę. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Nice, large apartment. With great location. The host Davide was very helpful and avaliable for communication. Apartment as described in the pictures.

The twin beds in one of the rooms could be replaced. The bedroom was great.

We made arrangements in advance for the owner to pick us up at the airport. He was there waiting for us upon arrival and then walked us to the property and gave us a tour of the property. The Wifi, the shower, the stove etc. Made it so easy for us to manage. Restaurants were recommended and they were amazing. We also hired David to take us for 2 days traveling around Sicily and we had an amazing time. Seeing things we could not have gotten to on our own. We highly recommend this place to stay. The location was great, the place super comfortable.

The apartment was very well located in the historic part of the city. It was spacious and perfect for our family.

It was in a good location for walking around the historical area.

Shower was small but manageable.
