The Wifi’s speed was extremely slow. We have experienced a total blackout because we turned on the AC and the water heater at the same time. I had to leave the apartment and search for the main electricity board at the building's entrance to sort out the matter

Location is great, very close to all interesting places in Palermo. Very kind owner, who speaks very good english. Air-conditioning in whole apartment. Free car parking near the apartment. Kids loved Playstation in apartment. :)

Noise from the street by night that even closed windows didn't reduce much. Mold on the kitchen's ceiling.

A little noisy ,but got used to it

I highly recommend Davids’s apartment. He was a lovely host and available for questions. My adult daughter and I were pleased that we accepted Davide’s offer of airport pickup for E35 as the apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo which has skinny, winding streets and it may have been difficult to find the location initially. The location is ideal for visiting the famous sites of the city. When my daughter was investigating restaurants, she announced that many of the best restaurants were within a five-minute walk of the apartment. The place is nicely furnished. It feels as if your parents have just gone on vacation and you are pet sitting for them.
