Everything! The owner, who is an architect, has refurbished most by himself. The appartment is big, spacious and practical with lots of nice details. Lovely view from all the windows and the roof top terrace has the best view in Palermo. Located in the historic part of Palermo makes this appartment just perfect. I wish it was mine. I know people have mentioned loud music from the street. But when you close the windows and have the air conditioning on you hear nothing.

This is truly a unique property, so spacious, clean and comfortable! And it is perfectly located in the heart of restaurants, museums and galleries. Pierpaolo was so kind and helpful and responded immediately to all requests. He also arranged a driver to meet us at the airport and to take us to the start of our hike in Parco Della Madonie. I recommend this property highly and would definitely return. Five stars!

This stay was absolutely wonderful, beautifully laid out and the view from the rooftop was so unique. This place was incredibly spacious and a great location.

Right at the heart of all the wine and dine action. No face-to-face contact but owner readily reachable on Whatsapp and instructions were clear. This is a very meticulous owner.

Parking is a bit of an issue (as it is everywhere in Palermo). The lot was filled when I reached there, plus the way to the parking lot involved driving through what looked like no-car zones so it was pretty scary when your GPS showed that as the only route. Once you get past the parking issue (and you will, eventually), everything is fine.

location and view

The location couldn´t be better. Everything was clean and comfortable. The reality was even better than the pictures, especially the rooftop, with one of the best view you can have. Pierpaolo replied fast and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Can´t think of anything

The apartment is stylish and has interesting design touches, as well as being very comfortable. The 360 degree view from the terrace is amazing. I cannot think of a better location, right in the heart of the vibrant old town of Palermo and near Quattro Canti. Pierpaolo was an helpful and responsive host.
