Nothing, bedsheets are dirty, Water coming out on the faucet and shower is color brown. Bad smell when u go inside the unit

The room is spacious and has a complete kitchenwares and utensils. The bed is comfy and the WiFi is fast. Kudos to Noel for keeping the unit clean.

The cabinets and bathroom are up for renovation. Needs extra lighting fixtures.

I like that it’s super near the amenities and the beach and 24/7 shuttle to go everywhere inside Pico De Loro.

One major issue was the broken bathroom door, which I had noticed in a previous comment but hoped would be resolved before my stay. Unfortunately, it remained unfixed throughout my visit. To add to the disappointment, the housekeeper, "Ate Rhea," presented an unprofessional attitude. I booked the unit for three people, and upon arrival, she informed me that there were only two towels, stating I needed to pay for the additional one after check-out. Agreeing to this arrangement, I was taken aback during the check-out process when she changed her stance, insisting I pay for three towels instead. This inconsistency and unexpected charge were both frustrating and unbecoming of the service I expected. Moreover, the lack of towels in the unit, despite booking for three occupants, raised concerns about the overall preparation and attention to detail. It was disappointing to encounter such issues, and I hope future guests have a more pleasant experience.

Great place for the family.

Overall the place was very good. Only, our gps (waze) which we used going there brought us to a dead end road (caused by landslides). So, we had to detour for another hour.

Good value for money. We're able to bring and cook our own food and enjoyed other amenities for free.

No cash transaction allowed.

Nice location

No towels and shampoo, WiFi did not work (was fixed later) and the bed sheets were with fleck upon arrival. Dishes in the kitchen were not clean.

The staff and even care takers of the condominiums are very helpful. The rooms are spacious.

The water from the two condo units is rusty. It looks like someone did not stay for a while and it looks dirty. The other thing too, they cleaned the rooms with downy which left a very strong odor that gave us headache. Me and my dad has allergies from strong odors. They even told me I should have told them about the allergies. As a host, they should have ask if there is a certain preference or allergies because I did not know that they used downy as a fragrance for the two units.
