No Cash sales at beach, expensive entry per person, jetskis are detuned but i wasnt told when purchasing, was sat night and was told to quit the kareoke, AC was broke in my room and not fixed! I payed for AC, windows looked like never washed, very dirty, last yr they had a water playground, nothing this yr but there online photos shows it, deceiving to me

We dont expect that for 7500 per night,there was no towels to use,no shampoo and soap.. and the lights in the shower is broken.. i hope they can manage to fix that,and we are looking forward to have towels and toiletries next time☺️

And the shower tiles have come unstuck,so when showering the dirty water comes up thru the floor tile joints,this is really unhygenic..😔 there was no provissions of tea or coffee in the condo..the room was actually advertise as a 6 people..which included 2 sofabed for 4 people,and 1 private bedroom with own suite,i have this in my confirmation in writing when i booked,but upon arrival it was a large studio slept only for 4 people..VERY DISSAPOINTED!! false advertising!!!!

Beach was good, resort and location

We have just been there for three days. The apartments are in very bad conditions! We have booked three apartments: Jacana B, 706, 517, 502 Here are our negative points: - bad internet, you cannot work, as a self employed or a teenager who needs internet, it's a catastrophy! Only 517 had good connection. - shower is bad, bathroom under water, door doesn't close and shower is lose that it feels it will fall on you - there is cockroach, for people from outside the Philippines, it's very disgusting These are only the main negative points. For more complaints, pls. pm. 706 and 517 have been maintained (shower fixed, hot water, but not the door!) But they took around an hour for each room. Imagine you couldn't do anything in these two hours! We were 19 people and spent a lot of money, not only for the accommodation but also for the entrance fee and the restraurants. However the best part is the beach! We have now been there for the third time within a few years, but the apartments have been deteriorating everytime. No recommendation anymore!!!

Beautiful property. Staffs are friendly. Beach and pools are luxurious

No information that you cant use cash everywhere. It was so much hassle when we arrived at the beach front and we had to rent towels, but they wont take cash. Restaurant doesnt take cash. I feel like towels should be complimentary since the entrance fee is a bit pricey already

The overall facility was ok. Pool areas was very good

The unit was old and aircon etc was broken. Not very clean at all.

Pico facilities. Care taker was helpful. Decent sized room. Near the beach. AC is good.

Room Miranda B 701 was not I expected based on their photos. Dining table is dilapidated making it unusable. Curtains are old and full of stains. Pillows are dirty and smells bad. Bedsheets are old and smelly. Kitchen faucet is not screwed properly. Constant noise from an external pump is heard in the room. Tiles in the balcony are safety hazard because they are cracked and not cemented properly.
