Pico De Loro Condo Unit

We book 2 apartments they give us separate location building that’s very inconvenient for our family doors hard to close and open they don’t provide the just 1 or 2 towels for the that’s included for the room details no to contact if we ask something rooms is not ready they told us to go up seeing the rooms are not ready

Its a pet friendly property but doesnt allow pets inside the elevator. Do they expect us to use stairs going the the upper floors?

Very nice and beautiful place, room is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is great as well , you can find everything what you need to cook. Pool is clean and beach is great

Better to bring enough food for your family , because there are no place to buy anything except restaurants.

We like the beach, the sand is clean and the water is clear, we even saw fish swimming just near the shore. Walking beside the lagoon connecting with the nature was a fun and relaxing experience. We saw lots of birds and the view was beautiful. Room 512 provided complete amenities that made our stay comfortable.

Pico de Loro is NOT a pet-friendly resort. We were only allowed to walk our dog beside the lagoon. Pet dogs are not allowed on the beach but then we saw stray dogs on the beach. We were only allowed to have our pet to stay on Room 506. Room 506 was decent but was lacking an exhaust for the bathroom. It would also suffice to have provided a comforter or a thicker blanket since it’s an air-conditioned room. I do not like the idea of requiring guests to wear the orange armbands. For me it’s a hassle, it feels like being restrained. I hope guests can have a choice if they want to wear it or not. One of the elevators on Miranda A Building has some sort of defect, it suddenly pulled us down a bit, the power somewhat turned off and we have worried we would be trapped inside. Good thing it functioned again a few minutes later. I think it lacked a sensor that it was overloaded.
