Appartamento Alla Zisa

L' appartamento alla Zisa è stato fantastico! Veramente bello e confortevole, non molto lontano dal centro storico di Palermo. L' accoglienza è stata molto calorosa come tipico dei siciliani. La proprietaria mi ha fatto trovare anche delle buonissime pasta di mandorla fatte in casa! Super consigliato.

I really liked staying here, the hosts were very welcoming and nice. I felt very at home and would definitely stay here again. I’m very glad there was airconditioning in the livingroom and bedroom. Also the location was very good walking distance of Teatro Massimo and the highstreet with shops and Market del Capo. And I loved that there is a big supermarket within walking distance. Also very happy with the elevator with my suitcase. Would recommend!

Apartman je bio upravo ono sto smo trazili. Na dobroj lokaciji, cist i sa preudobnim krevetima. Gazdarica nas je docekala, pustili su nas da udjemo u apartman cim smo stigli jer je vec bio spreman. Sacekali su nas njeni domaci kolaci i jagode a u frizideru voda i flasa vina. Zgrada je cista, okruzenje bezbedno a stanica Lolli kojom stizete do aerodroma je na 10 min os apartmana. Sve preporuke.

The property’s layout, position, facilities and cleanness as well as the professionalism, care, and hospitality of the owners were above top rating. We felt completely at home and even far better as if we were visiting good old friends.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, light and bright, lots of room and had everything I needed. There were grocery stores, bakeries, coffee places, and vegetable stands all within a 5 minute walk. The owners mother (lives next door) provided me with all of the details needed, including places to see in Palermo. Very friendly people in the building, and I felt extremely safe there as a solo female traveler.

The apartment faces a very busy street, so there is a lot of street noise (except on Sunday) including amplified music occasionally. Closing doors/windows did not help very much, so I was up late every night until it quieted down. I wouldn't stay there again because of this one thing, but I am sensitive to loud noises. Everything else was wonderful.

Emplacement parfait proche du centre-ville. Ascenseur, bien situé avec commerces de bouche à proximité. Appartement à l'état neuf. Parfait pour un couplé. Accès facile de l'aéroport par le train en s'arrêtant à la gare " Lolli' puis 10 minutes à pied.

Our stay at this accommodation was truly a very pleasant experience. The hosts impressed us with their kindness even though we arrived very late, they welcomed us with cakes and wine, which immediately created a warm and relaxed atmosphere. They also explained everything in detail and gave us useful tips for our trip, which we really appreciated. The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, offering a cozy space to rest after a day spent exploring the city. The location is also very good the city center is only about a 20-minute walk away. 10 minutes away from railway station.

The only minor downside is that the entrance door to the building can be a bit difficult to unlock. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. All in all, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend this place to others.

Very cozy and spacious apartment for one person, and the apartment was well-equipped. Walking distance to the center.

Апартаменти дуже затишні, комфортні. Враховані всі дрібниці для комфортного перебування на любий період. Знаходяться в жилому кварталі з гарною інфраструктурою, поруч є все необхідне: магазини, торгові лотки, пекарні та ін. До туристичного центру хвилин 15-20 пішки. Господарі дуже приємні та допоможуть з любими питаннями.
