Very cosy apartment, has everything for short and long stay, feels like home. Amazingly hospitable and caring hosts who live next to the apartment (shared entrance).

Very busy and noisy area even at night and weekend, windows are not sound-proof. A bit far from old town, markets, port and touristic attractions, 20-40 minutes on foot.

We liked everything in the apartment. The family welcome us with homemade cookies, wine and fruits. We had also free coffee and bottles of water. Very good location which allowed us to sightseeing Palermo by walk. The area is very crowded, there are a lot of shops, restaurants, market, supermarket ect. The place is ecuipt with everything you might need for your stay. Thanks you, Monica and see you soon !

Everything! The kindest hosts with great communication, a lovely spacious apartment with a small but charming terrace. Its in a good location, walkable to the old city and other neighbourhood. They provided us wine, fruit and water when we arrived. One of our favourite stays in Italy!

The kind, charming and generous hosts greeted me with a complimentary bottle of wine, fruit and home-made pastries and offered a lot of helpful advice for my stay.The apartment was prettily furnished, immaculately clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances (cooker, espresso machine etc.) and provided coffee, olive oil and other condiments, and cleaning supplies. The bathroom had a washing machine and complimentary detergent. The living room and bedroom are air-conditioned. The apartment is well-situated: close to several supermarkets, bakeries and fruit and vegetable stalls and just a ten-minute walk from the Capo market and the Teatro Massimo.

The apartment is great - the view, facilities, comfort, proximity to all of the most important sights. The owners are amazing, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely apartment with all the comforts of home. Monica really helpful with suggestions of where to visit, etc. Great location 15 minute walk into the centre, lots of shops/bakeries nearby and 10 minutes away from the nearest station which goes directly to the airport.

I struggled to find the apartment, could well have been me though!

EXCEPTIONAL ! EXCEPTIONAL is THE word. Andrea and Monica, his mother, did welcome me on the evening of my arrival. It was around 20:00 after +/- 12:00 hours flight and trip, I was exhausted. A bottle of wine, coffee, 2 bottles of water, fruit and... typical Sicilian cakes - handmade by Monica - were waiting for me ! The apartment is beautifully decorated and one is fully at home: all what one needs is available to cook, to wash, and iron clothes. There was also shampoo, gel shower, bath towels + washing liquid. Just wonderful. A supermarket , a pizza maker are just around the corner. Lolli train station is 15 m walk: you can jump on the train at airport and get off at Lolli (35 min). Extremely practical, no traffic jam. The flat has a shared entrance with Monica and her husband's apartment but you are completely independent. The fact that they live there is definitely a plus in case you need help. For a person who travels alone like I do, this is reassuring. Once again, what absolutely needs to be underlined, is the warm welcome and reactivity. You will spend a magical stay. DO BOOK !
