Apartament zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie! Z czystym sumieniem polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka przytulnego, ciepłego mieszkania i chce poczuć prawdziwy włoski klimat. Lokalizacja: ok. 15 min spacerem do centrum, do bardziej oddalonych atrakcji trochę więcej, ale jest blisko przystanek autobusowy. W najbliższej okolicy tak naprawdę znajduje się wszystko co potrzebne- apteka, piekarnia, sklep spożywczy, kawiarnia, street food, restauracje, stragany ze świeżymi owocami i warzywami. Apartament sam w sobie jest bardzo ładnie urządzony i przytulny, a przede wszystkim dobrze wyposażony - znajdziemy wszystko czego potrzeba, a nawet więcej (np. wyciskarkę do cytrusów, dzięki której mogliśmy codziennie pić świeżo wyciskany sok pomarańczowy). Gospodarz bardzo ciepło nas przyjął i przekazał wszystkie niezbędne informacje, polecił miejsca, w które warto pójść, a także zostawił wino i przepyszne wypieki. Czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani i bezpieczni. W apartamencie wszystko działało bez zarzutu. Pierwszy raz czuliśmy się tak dobrze w nowym miejscu, że aż nie chciało się opuszczać apartamentu. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócimy!

Nie widzę minusów.

Very good location for explore the city. Grocery store (CONAD) is 100m, bakery 50m, very good coffee bar just next to the building entrance. Palermo Cathedral is 15 minutes walk, nearest train station (Lolli) is 10 minutes walk (airport trains stop here). The hosts were very nice, the are living in the same floor, next door. They provided initial guide to the city and other useful information. Thank you, Monica and Fabio for the warm welcome! The property is well equipped and clean, nice living room with flatscreen tv, very comfy bed in the spacious bedroom and a small kitchen if you want to cook/prepare some food.

The street quite noisy during the evening hours and during the morning hours too, even if the apartment is on the 6th floor. So if you're a light sleeper, could find it as an issue.

Obwohl im 6. Stock, ist die Wohnung recht laut und hellhörig, aber das ist nun mal Italien

Appartamento situato in un'ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro e con molti negozi nei dintorni. Io e mia moglie siamo molto contenti di aver trascorso 13 giorni in questa struttura. La consigliamo a chi vuole vivere la quotidianità dei palermitani e della meravigliosa città di Palermo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Il s'agissait de mon troisième séjour dans cet appartement, et il a encore été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse (on est accueilli avec un cadeau de vin, fruits et patisseries faites maison). L'appartement est bien disposé et très propre et contient tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. Il est bien situé dans une rue commerçante à 5 minutes à pied du Palais de Justice et à 10 minutes du Marché del Capo et du Teatro Massimo. Le décor est agréable et le quartier est calme.

Tout était parfait.
