Faboulous and unexpectedly spacious appartment. 3 of us friends stayed in a double and family room (including single and doulbe bed). Kitchen had all the mod-cons you'd need and of course a lovely welcome pack. Double bed and sofas were a little too soft to be comfortable but there is ample seating. It was lovely to have a table to sit around to have breakfast together and a laundry rack on which to hang bath towels after use. Our host gave us a very warm welcome when showing us around the appartment and also some good tips for places we'd planned to visit! It was really easy to reserve a parking space and the beach was a 5-minute walk away. Perfect location and would defintely stay again!

Could do with more shelving in the bathroom for toiletries and shelves that were there could have been cleaner. (Rest of the appartment was spotless, so small oversight)

The apartment met all our needs. The location is perfect as buses stop 30 yards down the road. It is very close to the seafront and there are a couple of supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The tv had a dvd player which meant my son could watch his favourite programs in the evening.

Everything was good connected to the property. Sandown itself has a number of empty shops/hotels which is sad to see but didn't affect our stay .

Mattress wasn’t very comfortable.
