Suites Maestranza - Puerta del Arenal by Magno Apartments

L’appartement est spacieux, propre, très bien équipé et le point fort c’est son emplacement au cœur de la ville et l’existence d’une belle terrasse. On a pratiquement fait tous les sites touristiques à pied. Le contact est facile avec le personnel via wathap. La réponse est immédiate pour n’importe quelle question. Vraiment aux petits soins. Ils nous ont même commandé un taxi pour aller à l’aéroport. Bref je le recommande

La ubicación es excepcional. Cerca de la catedral, la giralda y el Alcazar. El río también queda muy cerca. Tiene dos habitaciones y eso hace la estancia muy cómoda para familias. La comunicación con el host fue fácil y rápida. La forma de acceder a través de un código es fácil y ágil. Las sábanas y almohadas estaban limpias, olían a limpio y eran cómodas. La cocina estaba bien dotada aunque no la usamos, pero tiene de todo por si necesitas cocinar.

El baño necesita mantenimiento y actualizar un poco la ducha y el desagüe.

Excellent location and nice apartment. The host was very responsive once the booking was confirmed closer to the stay. Entry instructions for the apartment were clear and hassle-free. I would gladly stay here again.

This isn’t the host’s fault and is likely just how the city operates. You can only stop your car for a quick minute to unload luggage since the road is a single lane with ongoing traffic. If you’re driving, you’ll need to plan ahead for parking arrangements.

Location was fantastic for historical reasons and tapas bars etc. 5-10 walk to most attractions.

Our apartment was below another apartment which was occupied by the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever known. They allowed their children to run riot into the early hours, sleep was not an option. Completely ignored our requests to respect others peace and quiet. Obviously not the fault of the owners of our apartment but still spoiled our stay.

Квартира не соответствует фото. Она очень холодная, устаревшая, кресло в гостинной сломано, в ванной - плесень, фурнитура на кухне отпадает. В квартире нет входной двери. Есть дверь только между лестницами - это создает неуютную и странную обставновку. Лестниц очень много, они очень узкие и неудобные. Я не осталась там жить и переселилась в отель. Спальня темная и неуютная. Любые претензии хозяин не принял и считает, что в его жилье все отлично. Фотографии - фотошоп и не правдивы. За эти деньги однозначно селитесь в отель. Место на улице - шумное и многолюдное. Я впервые не осталась ночевать в квартире, потеряла оплату и переехала в отель. Очень неприятное место.

Location was superb Right in old town beside all shops and restaurants No taxi needed throughout our stay

Everything! We couldn’t fault it. The location is so central and so close to everything. Nothing is more than a 20 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and had lots of space. The property communicated so well and let us drop our bags a bit early, which was super helpful. Everything was via WhatsApp and any question was answered quickly and nothing was any trouble. Even gave us restaurant, bars and tour recommendations. They checked in on us loads and made us feel super welcome.

L'emplacement était parfait, en plein centre et proche de toutes les activités touristiques.

Le jacuzzi n'était pas allumé lorsque nous sommes arrivés, dommage car nous avons dû attendre quelques heures afin qu'il chauffe pour que nous puissions en profiter.
