Suites Maestranza - Puerta del Arenal by Magno Apartments

Very noisy at night from other apartments. I guess that depends on who else is staying at the property.

Location in the city centre

Hot water only from time to time Cold inside house AC was not working properly

Apartment misrepresented. No hot tub terrace. Curtains broken and missing in bedroom and dangerous exposed high voltage electrics above sink in kitchen.

Location & Balcony amazing. Charming and comfortable. Would stay again

The key pad entry was extremely annoying and stressful. Keeping in activated was challenging every time to get back in.

Shower head was broken.

The best thing about this apartment is the location and the balcony with the hot tub. We also liked the living room with the big table and comfortable fold out couch.

The pictures made it look way fancier than it was. For the price that we booked it for, I would have expected way nicer amenities. The bathroom was moldy and the fan did not really work in there, so no surprise. There was two AC/Heating units that did nothing to heat up the space. The living room is open to the huge staircase and hallway and therefore it is quite cold and you can hear everything that the neighbors downstairs are doing. It is all just tiles and with no proper way to heat up the place was pretty cold and our towels had no chance to dry. There were no extra towels. We had troubles with the door code pad to the apartment and the property managers were super attentive and easy to reach. They did open the door for us once BUT they did not fix the pad while we were there, so it was a hit and miss every time we came back.

The location was superb, the jacuzzi very welcome and the apartment was spaciousness internally and externally with the terrace. Generally well equipped.

The keypad entry was problematic, the oven did not work and the bathroom needed more ventilation. Some general maintenance minor maintenance would be beneficial.
