Size and value of the apartment were great and location was spot on for all the sights of the old town. Everything was there for our stay and it was clean and fresh. A little wear and tear in places but all minor and not a problem. Unexpectedly the company host chat bot also proved useful.

Nothing really. Never did get the whatsapp arrival instructions although phone number was correct. But called the host contact number given and I was given all the codes and info over the phone without delay.

Consiglio di mettere un paio di sgabelli in cucina ed eventualmente una sedia o poltroncina nelle camere.

Amazing location and very comfortable beds!

Problems with shower draining , and couldn’t get the heating to work on arrival.

Access to the property did not work with code provided. Had to call three times to get it to work, twice. Mattress was pretty deformed. Management company blamed me for incorrect code. Pictures were not of the apartment, deceiving.

Couldn’t really fault it. The location is ideal - literally 5 minute walk from the cathedral and main attractions. We had the jacuzzi apartment which was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very kind and booked our airport taxis. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Sevilla.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It’s nice and spacious with a nice view of the street. It’s in a busy area, yet it’s quiet and peaceful in the apartment. The hot tub was lovely once we worked out how to use it, which wasn’t difficult.

I had asked for the hot tub to be ready to use for when we arrived, but unfortunately it was too cold and we had to heat it overnight to use it. The door code is ridiculous. It works fine on the entrance from the street, but upstairs sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and you find yourself standing outside the entrance to the flat for ages wondering if you will ever get in.

The apartment is very spacious, high ceilings, very nicely decorated, and the location is most central.
