Suites Maestranza - Puerta del Arenal by Magno Apartments

We left a pair of jeans and a belt , after several communications, with some difficulties to understand their night shift stuff English , we heard nothing , although we added on what’s app later on , we had told them , won’t be able to communicate on what’s app, only email , heard absolutely nothing since . now we left Spain , they don’t seem to bother anymore if they had found them or not , stairs are very narrow with heavy luggage, you will have trouble if you are female , room design not great , we have to run around from lounge to kitchen , they are on the 2 ends far away . Taxi can’t find the location, it took us a while and ask police to find it, on top of it , walking with big luggage on those pebble old road , you need a super strong suitcase.

Indiferent cât am ținut aerul condiționat deschis a fost extrem de frig, probabil de la spatiile mar,i deschise si de la marmura de pe.jos: baia, desi foarte curata, avea mucegai pe tavan

Amazing location, easy access arrangements with excellent communication, spacious and well furnished, comfy beds, great air-con for warmer days, well equipped kitchen (if you ever decide to eat in). A really fabulous apartment.

La ubicación es buena

La limpieza, la terraza no estaba limpia y el apartamento tampoco, menos si se tiene en cuenta el precio. La ducha estaba rota y se salía todo el agua. El cable de la TV estaba roto, lo arreglaron al día siguiente pero es algo que deberían haber revisado antes. Importante que en el anuncio indiquen que hay que subir bastantes escaleras para llegar al apartamento, no hay ascensor. El día de la salida, que se supone era a las 11h, entraron antes a limpiar…Por el precio que pagamos, no merecía para nada la pena, me he alojado por el mismo precio, incluso menos, en apartamentos mucho mejores en Sevilla e igual de céntricos
