The location was good. It was close to airport, which was the reason I chose this property. There were plenty of pubs and restaurants. The train station was near, even though I didn't use it. There were 3 rooms in the house. Plenty of space. Kitchen was fine.

I couldn't get a reply in the conversation via booking.com. I kept getting computer generated messages. I sent some questions to the number of a local person and got some responses that way. One of the computer messages was that I needed to pay a 300 pound deposit. Which was not in the booking.com description. So I was supposed to deposit the money into a bank account, but since I couldn't get any reply to my questions, I didn't know that I didn't need to do that.....very stressful when you're from a foreign country and you need to do something that you don't know how to do and no one will answer your questions. Also, the couch in the living room is gross. Not sure if it's dirty or stained. I was down stairs in the front bedroom. The sheets seemed clean, I smelled them. But there was a body odor smell in the room. I had the window open. It could've come from outside, but it was very unsettling. It could've been the mattresses of the 2 single beds. I tried them both. It was hot while we were there, so maybe the people before us were sweating while in the room on the mattress or mattress cover. There are 2 fans for the upstairs rooms. One of them does not work. It is very hot upstairs.

Very comfortable. Rooms to a great standard for what we needed. Very affordable for the area. Good shower and washroom facilities. Fast WiFi despite what other reviews said, had no issues on that front. Big TV with lots of channels which is a great bonus. Didn’t use the kitchen for much other than plates for take out and coffees but everything was there for that. Great bonus the abundance of bathrooms (one downstairs for the downstairs room, one upstairs for one bedroom and an en suite for another). Walking distance to Staines high street and seconds from bars and restaurants. Stayed here for work and will re book when back hopefully!

Honestly can’t think of anything. For what we needed this was perfect. It’s obviously near the train station and a flight path but honestly did not bother the four of us one long.

Not being told the key code to get in until on the way there Having being told to send £250 by BACs one day before we are booked in!! after it states in the information that you pay cash on arrival!! I wandered if it was a scam!! then not getting the money returned into my account for 3 days. It was worrying.. I won't stay in any accomodation run by a business anymore, just privately owned places
