Muito desiludida com esta estadia! Um apartamento dito de luxo repleto de baratas na cozinha!!! Foi um inferno nas férias!!! Todos os dias a ter de limpar e matar baratas enormes!!! Não podíamos ter absolutamente nada na cozinha!!! Tenho vários vídeos que o comprovam!!! Já fiz duas reclamações no booking e obtive zero resposta!!! Reclamei com a empresa de aluguer e nada fizeram!!! Ainda deixamos o apartamento imaculado, e já passaram 10 dias sem receber a caução de 200€!!! Isto é INADMISSÍVEL!!! Ninguém reponde!!! De repente viraram fantasmas!!! Que desilusão com o booking! O que nos resta é mesmo avançar com um processo em tribunal pois temos todas as provas do nosso lado. Uma pena um apartamento tão bem localizado e com tão boas áreas não ter controlo nenhum de higiene e segurança… foram as nossas piores férias!!! Não descansamos nada. Dias e dias a ver baratas e já com crias!!! Imaginem só!!! Uma VERGONHA!!!

Very Nice Apartment with Fantastic Views

The property is nice but had maintenance issues No extraction fan in the ensuite Smell of sewage in the ensuite Neither tvs worked No instructions for the heating

The check in was the worst I have ever experienced lots of negative attitude and no service

There was nothng in the apartment, even baking sheet for the oven was missing. No toilet paper, no dishwashing liquid, nothing. They advertise at there is sauna, but it was closed. Too far for everything, in the area there is no store, no restaurants, nothing only constructions...

W obiekcie co mi się podobało to otoczenie tzn siłownia , jacuzzi , basen

Niestety w apartamencie pełno karaluchów wychodzących z każdego zakątka nawet ze zmywarki , nie było też niestety należycie posprzątane zarówno w samych pokojach jaki i na tarasie .

It was clean, close to the beach. Pools were very good

I was given the wrong instructions to get the keys from a completely different place for a different apartment on booking.com - this delayed us getting into the property. Booking.com did deliver the correct keys - then messaged to say collect the other sets tomorrow. Got a taxi again to collect and they did not know why I was there. After messaging again - they tell me there is no more keys to collect as the previous person had taken both sets of keys home with him. This meant we had 1 set of keys (the cleaners keys) between 6 of us for the week, which was not great. Then you have to deliver the keys back to the place which is around 20mims walk or taxi, as our flight was 6am, I had to ensure our taxi transfer was willing to help with this, which luckily he was. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows. Only given a sheet and one pillow - could have done with 2 pillows and some spare blankets as it was difficult to sort the air conditioning- so quite cold at night. No trays to cook things in oven. No tea towels or towels to dry hands in bathroom.
