absolutely the worst stay, from not working website for check-in, not working keys, not working Netflix remote broken, fake parking space info, list goes on and on, and the arrogance and disinterest from the host lowest of the low. the fact they take extra tax since last year, and how much they degraded it's utterly criminal

Quiet apartment, location close to Railway station and Bus station as well as to amenities, 15 minutes from the Old city center by foot.

Staircase to the upper floor has no railing and therefore is not very safe. Carpet, chairs and sofa definitely need some serious cleaning. Overall it is not cosy. Scarce supply of liquid soap that ended on the second day, only 2 tablets for dishwasher and washing machine though we stayed for 3 nights.

Excellent location, comfortable apartment, most facilities provided, including electric hob and oven, fridge, electric kettle, ironing board with iron, hot water and central heating. Bedrooms good, modern furnishings.

Initial hitch with the key instructions, causing some anxiety pre-departure. Then the wi-fi link was unavailable and another link was provided after several phone calls. This link was weak and inadequate. The flat seemed as though no one had used it in some time. The bathroom sink was clogged. The floors could have done with more cleaning. The bedspreads were covered with fluff There should have been a list of instructions for the management of amenities, including electric cooker, kept as a handbook in the flat itself.

Great location for old town and train station. Really quiet.

The location was absolutely spot on.

The cleanliness (mainly dust).

Location, easy to find. Cozy and warm apartment. Found free parking right in front of the entrance.

It was not clear where the trashes must be dropped out outside, but its not owners problem.
