Nothing they but photo there is bed then was sofa bed and they charge me extra money

Finding it was a challenge.

The apartment was very cold.

Firstly, when we arrived at the apartment, the wrong apartment was given to us. Also in the wrong apartment stayed terrible and a very strong smell of cigarettes. After three attempts, I managed to reach out to the reception, her name is Kristina, which tried to explain what we booked, that they gave us and they didn't change anything. Kristina was very unpleasant, never apologised, and throughout the call, she tried to make us a fool. It took us a whole evening to talk to her and then with her colleague, it was a very stressful time, mentally exhausted, especially after long flight and travel. In the end, they suggested either a different apartment with just a sofa, and it would be impossible for two people to sleep there 7 nights or alternatively to move out and issue the refund. The second option wasn't in option as it takes time and energy to find something new, and also, financially, it wasn't planned and after all we weren't sure if they would give us a refund, the trust was completely broken, so that's why we decided to stay. We agreed that the housekeeping brings the glasses for water, the chopping board, and clean towels the next day (the items were missing in our apartment). The housekeeper told us that the apartment that was supposed to be for us has an issue with the shower, and the reception staff never told us about this and made us fool. The communication was very poor. The smell of the cigarettes didn't go away during our 7 nights. I think the housekeeping should report and inform the managers once she feels the smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking apartments. The apartment doesn't have the heating (no central heating or A/C), and for the old apartment with a high ceiling, we had a very small heater. The curtains in the shower were very short, and after taking a shower, the water was everywhere.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable and quiet (in the inner courtyard), in a very good location (close to the old town and the bus station). It is a good place for a longer stay.

The instructions for getting into the apartment were excellent even in the dark. We enjoyed the location which made accessing the city and yet close to transport links. The apartment was clean and in a modern, minimalist style . The beds were comfortable.

There was only one small sofa despite booking for 3 people. The floating stairs were steep and yet had no handrail which felt dangerous especially at night. The bathroom needed minor maintenance.

The location is good, close to old town and main bus and train stations.

The apartment was not cleaned - the cushion on the sofa was in the same position as the previous guest sat on it and left, the rug was not vaccumed in weeks, plastic rubbish was clearly visible, I had doubt the bed sheets were changed as I could smell human odour on the pillow cases. The owner was informed straight away as they asked for a chance to correct in case something was wrong. The only response was they will pass the message to the cleaners but nothing about coming and cleaning it. I stayed there for 10 days and never ever owner messaged me or send cleaners that's why this post is here. Shame as its cosy nice apartment with all amenities. The instructions sent about WiFi and rubbish containers were incorrect and owner was not even aware of it.

Very central location, next to central station and old town, very comfortable bed. Quiet, as the windows were overlooking the inner yard.

Steep stairs leading to the accomodation, the corridor was quite filthy and the apartment itself wasnt very clean. Dust on the windowsills, visible mould and smell in the bathroom. Water spilling on the floor when taking a shower and not mop left to clean it up. Cheap bedding that had also stains on it, very worn old towels. Dirty dishes left in the cupboard, sink and cooking plates wasnt clean. Only 2 capsules left for the coffee machine. This place would need a good deep clean. The street light at night was directed straight to the windows of the apartment - there was no curtain on one of the windows. The TV didnt really work.

Some facilities/resources could be adjusted/increased to account for number of people staying and to service and account for the actual duration of the stay
