#stayhere - Modern & Central Studio Apartments

The apartment is so homely. The location is in walking distance to the bus and train station. The apartment is well equipped. The washing machine is a great addition. There was even laundry detergent there for me to use which never happens.

Nothing really, it was great. Be aware there are stairs up to the apartment, so if you have luggage keep that in mind.

Was a bit of a challenge going up the first set of stairs only to be greeted by a second set once inside community area . The stair case to bedrooms looks good but a bit scary go up and not good at nite to come down to use bathrooms . Not for older people

The property is well located and seems safe. The stairs need a bit of work on the outside, very steep and not great for dragging luggage upstairs. Fairly modern place with amenities, so it did the job however…

It was too warm, no air conditioning and hard to stay there during the day if you need to work. the kitchen utensils etc were not very clean, TV cables were a mess and the remote didn’t work well. The other remote had a plaster on it, bit disgusting. Not enough toilet roll when you only are given 2 for a one week stay. They give you some coffee pods but again 2 for a one week stay - you are expected to buy more. Shower leaks a lot and there’s mould on the curtain and it doesn’t smell good. In general the ventilation isn’t very good. They also really need a curtain in the kitchen for privacy. I only want to be honest and share this so they can make changes. They are obviously not doing anything about these things after reading previous reviews. I only hope they can make things better because it would be a decent place.

Its close to center

There was no toilet paper,the shower curtain was smelling like mold, there were no glasses or cups.the sofa bed was not flat like bed. Its two piece so there is a gap in the bed
