Furnished Apartments - Climate Pledge Arena Next Door

The location is in a great spot, I didn’t use my car the whole time we were there as we were close enough to everything to either lime scooter around or walk! Plus having a kitchen made spending less on going out for food and making actual meals a whole lot easier.

The hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up but that was really the only complaint we had about it

It was old but quaint and clean

The Area around these apartments not such a great area

We found the apartment to be very clean and convenient. Communication, check in and access were very easy and professional. The supermarket directly across the street is great.

Three minor points: (1) The building in which the apartment is located has seen better days, stairs and hallways weren't in great shape - still great value. (2) The The water did not turn hot before 7 am. That is not ideal for travelers from the East Coast (like us) or Europe who might be up early. (3) No free TV.

The only thing positive about this experience was the location.

It was filthy. I took pictures and shared them with the rental agent. She said she would check into it. There was something growing in the coffee maker, the linens were rough and so wrinkly that at first I thought they hadn’t been changed. The pillows were lumpy. There was only about a foot and a half of space between the bed and the wall on both sides. There wasn’t a drawer to put clothes in. We wanted to leave immediately but couldn’t find another place to stay that night. We did leave the next morning, even though we had paid for a two night stay. The rental agent said they couldn’t give us a refund for the stay but would refund the cleaning fee, which was $200, but despite several emails telling her the refund had not been received, we gave up.

Cleanliness

Loved the proximity to pledge arena and the awesome grocery store across the street. We were able to walk to the space needle and all of the museums in the area. Would definitely stay again, just for the location.

Make sure you get a front apartment. The rear apartments are next to a bar and it's noisy at night. The rooms could have been a little cleaner also.

Great location and amenities. Plenty of easy access to the rest of the city. The staff was incredible and made adjustments to accommodate our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Seattle.
