Furnished Apartments - Climate Pledge Arena Next Door

no parking, and i wasn’t told until half an hour before we got there, we ended up having to leave cause we had to move my car around every 2 hours and couldn’t find overnight parking past 6 am and most parking was 2 hour max. the “secound bed” was just a hard ottoman that was ridiculously uncomfortable and the option of a blow up bed that i guess we were supposed to blow up by mouth. definitely not somewhere you wanna stay for a vacation, not to mention the room looked nothing like the photos, it was a lot more dark, dingy and old, especially for the price it was unacceptable. overall it sucked and we had to leave after just one night and boy we couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning

Street noise

Two things stood out: the very clean setting, and the wonderfully convenient location. It's an older building, which I liked for radiators and big windows. The studio apartment I was in was very roomy with kitchen and storage. Across the street is a first-rate grocery, a CVS down the block with a bus stop in front, and I was only a couple of blocks away from several cultural events including the Northwest Ballet and the Seattle Rep. Several ethnic restaurants, as well.

No complaints.

It is a good apartment in a nice ambiance. It has prime location, easily walkable to very downtown (about 30 minutes at a slake pace) and to the near shore, in a quiet residential area. There is good food store across the road, pharmacy, bank and a pub, some coffee shops. The apartment’s administration is very nice, welcoming, responsive and helpful. The apartment is good both for staying alone and also for a family of 3 people, it has all the necessary kitchen equipment and utensils. If I plan to go to Seattle again, I will definitely stay there again.

Great location for touristic atractions. It is located 5 min walking distance to Space Needle and museums nearby. Staff was also very friendly.

The building was build in 1929 which is good, however it need urgent renovation inside of it to make the guest feel more confortable.

The location is absolutely perfect. It isn't cheap, but that is because prices in Seattle have skyrocketed. In the context, it's very good value for money (but it also very much depends on the days of the week you book, I think). The kitchen is well-equipped, the living room is cosy, the bedroom is small but also comfortable – it really has everything you need.

Some minor things that could be improved: - Furnishing in living room is very bare bone – I generally like minimalism, but one or two extra accessories would further improve the feel - the bathroom is quite small, but not an issue for a single traveller of course
