Furnished Apartments - Climate Pledge Arena Next Door

Nice friendly staff, good location

Too noisy, the street noise was not good. And the upstairs apartment above us was very noisy at times.

the room had wonderful natural light, was perfectly situated, had good internet, was very clean/comfortable, and was far more spacious that we anticipated. additionally, Melanie was a SUPERSTAR! she was very helpful with our room reservation and supporting our arrival.

it is an old building so the hallways are a bit dark and a little unnerving at first.

The location, close to the Space Needle and monorail. The bed was very comfortable. Supermarket across the road was handy. Oven was great.

The lounge was very uncomfortable, kitchen cooking equipment was poor. Would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room. There was space to store one.

It was clean and we loved the location. The lobby smelled really nice.

There was not a bed in the living but only a folding sofa which was not good for two people. When someone leaves the bed it falls over. So it tipped over and my daughter fell out of the bed in the middle of the night. So I was disappointed with this.

The location was brilliant; couldn't have been better! The apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Very much delighted with the character of the apartment, much more welcoming and enjoyable than the average hotel room. This questionnaire stated that we requested a quiet room, but we did not. However, although our room was at the front of the building overlooking Mercer St., I wouldn't say it was quiet, but we found it interesting to experience the activity. It was not an issue during the night; may have been for a very light sleeper, but we weren't bothered by it despite the fact we had all the windows wide open. The only adverse issue was the pull-out couch in the living room, it was not terribly comfortable but neither was it unacceptable. We will not stay anywhere else next time! Overall absolutely thrilled to bits with our stay at the Mercer Furnished Apartments. THANK YOU! :)

I love that it’s basically a gated community. Makes me feel a bit safer and the fact that there is a market that has everything i need across the street.

Not much complaints about the property.

Everything. Location, staff. And the units are clean and decorated just right.
