"Heerlijk verblijf gehad!"

Het terras was een flinke bonus. Onze kleine moet tussen de middag nog een dutje doen en konden wij in die tijd heerlijk buiten zitten. Alle tapasrestaurantjes om de hoek, de bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand, ideaal!

We stayed 3 weeks and had a great time. Rocio is really warm and responsive to all questions and helps. Location is a perfect balance of convenient and local feel.

"Very nice apartment"

Very nice apartment with a great terrace. Host was very helpful and gave us a very welcome cold beer on arrival. The property is quiet but conveniently located near many bars and restaurants. The location of the property had pros and cons. The con being it was a good 30 minutes walk to the historic centre. On the plus side the area is not a very touristic one but has real character. On balance I would rather stay here and have the walk through interesting districts.

Nothing really except note the walk to the centre.

"A wonderful hostess and beautiful apartment in the heart of Seville"

Our hostess was incredibly attentive, kind and gave us great local advice about attractions. She evidently enjoys being a hostess. The apartment was beautiful including a charming and romantic balcony and elegant design touches. It feels like you are staying in someone's home and it was ideal for a couple like us to relax and enjoy Seville for a week. If there were any small issues then Rocio was happy to help out very quickly.

The open staircase to the upper floor was a challenge for us to get used to.

The location was perfect. It was quiet at night and easy to get around on foot. You could fiind all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The terrace was the highlight of the apartment as we could have a drink and relax after a long day!

"Couples getaway"

Communication was fabulous from start to finish. Great recommendations made for places to visit and eat and drink, all walking distance away. Comfortable bed, nice and quiet yet central. Everything we needed. Definitely recommend and would return again and again.
