This is such a lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood; safe, quiet, clean, decorated well and has a great balcony for relaxing. Easy to get to main attractions and the train station, with plenty of food shops, cafes and restaurants a few steps away. Rocio is a great host, communicative and helpful.

Warmly welcomed by Rocio who gave lots of local tips about visits, restaurants and places of interest. Comfortable apartment in a quiet street with many restaurants and bars nearby. Easy walking distance to all that Seville has to offer. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the apartment very much.

Great Location, within a minute of local bars and restaurants. Lovely clean apartment with the added bonus of a roof terrace !

The apartment was very practical with a nice terrace and all the necessary for a wonderful stay. Walking distance from the city centre. The neighborhood is calm with many shops and restaurants. Rocio was very nice in welcoming us with a bottle of wine and giving us any kind of advice and tip for the city (attractions, restaurants and tapas bars, what to see in the area around Sevilla, etc.).

It's a really comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed. The area is a more residential area away from the main tourist traps but it is still within the old city walls. We used the buses when we didn't feel like walking. (Buy a €8.50 travel card which gives about 14 trips and can be shared between 2 or more people). The area is lively with plenty of eating options. The apartment is within a typical Andalusian style building with a central courtyard. It has been renovated and is clean and fresh. The main bathroom is upstairs but there is a powder room downstairs which is really handy.

The bedroom and main bathroom are up a steep narrow flight of stairs and wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

Rocio was a great host. When we arrived at the house, he offered us and our child a special drink and introduced the house very nicely. The house was very comfortable and very central. We could walk everywhere. Rocio was very kind and answered our every question sincerely. The best decision for Sevilla was to stay at Rocio's house. I hope we can meet again.

Perfect location and without any doubt one of the best hosts I ever met. Apartment is near to all of the main attractions but still in quiet street. It has a great sunny terrace perfect to drink coffee in the morning. There are lots of tapas bars and restaurants in just a 2 min walk. If I visit Seville again, this is my place to stay !
