Great apartment, lovely good sized terrace for having breakfast in the sun. Rocío is an excellent host who went out of her way to make our stay in Seville very enjoyable. Lovely quiet street, a pleasant 25 minute stroll to the Cathedral & just a couple of minutes to bus stop for getting to train station. Overall a great stay would definitely return to Seville & this accommodation.

This place is amazing. I spent the most time on the roof terrace, which has sun all morning and into the afternoon. Super clean, 2 toilets, kitchen, Nespresso, and amazing location. Rocío the host was incredibly welcome and gave great tips for off-beat churches and places to eat. Will def be coming back, highly recommend if you're a solo traveller or a couple.

Rocío is definitely a superhost. Easy communication via WhatsApp, a brief explanation about the main attractions of Sevilla. An amazing host, thanks! The apartment is quite clean, just as on the photos. One of the best options in the old town of Sevilla considering the age of the buildings :) totally recommended.

Just to consider, the stairs might be an issue for some people, but for us, it wasn't a problem at all. Another small thing was a little dusty pillows in the bedroom, but it's super easy to improve :)

Lovely light and airy flat in quiet location but within short walk to great bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, Netflix, good little kitchen. Perfect place to stay and will recommend to anyone coming for a holiday to Seville. Rocío was lovely - v welcome and her recommendations were perfect for us.

Rocio's apartment was absolutely excellent in every way and super comfortable for remote working. WiFi worked great and the apartment was in close proximity to many shops, cafes and restaurants for a quick escape. Bonus points for heating, because it got quite cold during the days that we were there! Also, Rocio as a host was fantastic, even when an issue came up which was totally our fault she was super calm and helpful! We definitely want to come back.

Cosy loft, well decorated, clean and tidy, in a safe and quiet block. The apartment is in a good location, convenient to get to the main sights in the city. There are some good restaurants around, and a marketplace, both good places to go for breakfast. The most impressive is that Rocío is such a warm-hearted host that she really helped us in exploring more about Seville. One month before we arrived in the city, Rocío had sent us messages asking about our appetite for this trip, with tips about ticket booking, nice restaurants and bars, activities and sightseeing routes offered (so sorry that I missed the message as I turned off message notifications for booking and finally saw the messages at the time we'll soon arrive). After we met, she even drew suggestions on the map to ensure we could have an enriching experience🥹. Would totally recommend Rocío and her apartment to everyone.

Rocio was the most flexible and gracious host, we immensely appreciated her willingness to work with us to get the keys to the apartment after our plans were changed by a cancelled flight. She was super welcoming and met us at a late, irregular hour in order to make sure we could get the keys & into the apartment so we could enjoy the city first thing the next day! Warm welcoming touches were in the apartment when we arrived after a long day - everything worked as described, the apartment is super cozy, clean and a great space, including a nice terrace area that we used to enjoy snacks and some sun. The location is super easy and convenient - very quiet and accessible to many things around the neighbhorhood + city center. Gracias/obrigada Rocio, we will hope to visit and stay here again the next time we come to town :)
