Location is good. However, the flat is somewhat tired and needs updating, especially the bathroom. There was a loose piece of door trim that had come away and the room had a bad smell, like dirty drains. Having the parking space was brilliant but getting in and out of the freight elevator that takes you up and down is a nightmare. Also, though no fault of the owners, the building itself was incredibly noisy. Running feet in the flat above well beyond 10pm and on the second night a shouting match in the hallway that lasted until after 1am.

Location is almost perfect. It’s really near to top attractions. Host was really polite and generous.

It wasn’t clean at all and the host should invest a bit in the apartment she wants to rent it. We read the reviews prior booking it and we are really surprised that all of the other people didn’t overreact about the apartment. Parking was harsh but we managed that.

que pena los vecinos hacen ruido todo la noche. the neighbors above make SO much noise, they were talking and yelling, watching TV and dropping heavy things on the floor, moving furniture maybe?, and seem to have a party with kids running every night until 2 AM. 2am-4am every person that walks by in the street talking you can hear loudly because the window is broken and you can’t close it. of course it’s not the owner’s fault but it’s a shame. No one in our family slept for two nights…. The apartment itself is nice.

Convenient apartman. Near to the centre. A lot of restaurants, bars. The parking is solved.

The apartment was nice, close to town.

I missed calls about the keys, so didnt realise I had to wait for them to bring them and that car park was in another place, small parking spot bit awkward for my husband but we managed.

Well equipped apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Restaurants and bars close by. Parking was included which was a bonus. We parked the car and used public transit to explore Seville.

Location is fine.

Dryer door broken, only one towel supplied, which didn't help with a cleanup when the bathroom flooded after showering? There is a nightclub next door that sometimes opens at 11pm til dawn. It may as well be in the backyard, certainly sounds like it.
