It's close enough to the Corte Inglés of Seville. Easy to walk to once you learn your way around. Apartment had most things we needed including microwave, washing machine, TV, and 2 bedrooms. Location was quiet at night.

The layout of the apartment is badly designed.. furniture is too big for the size of the shower room and lounge. I rented this because I needed parking for my car but communication from the owner was poor and they didn't tell me about being a car lift for small cars. My Nissan cashqai would not even enter the lift so I had to pay extra to park in the city. Had I known this was the case I would have gone elsewhere with better facilities for similar price. The apartment was dark and in the middle of a city jungle so opening windows was a no, because all we could see was courtyard and the smell of pollution.

Location was very nice, close to center.

Thge host did not answer my call when arriving at the address at the time we agreed, I had to call booking to settle this, during my waiting i noticed the cleaning team arriving, i rang the bell, but they did not answer, after aprox 45 minutes the host called me saying she had no phone signal (not true, the phone was ringing, she did not pick up), asked me to wait another 15 minutes so the team finishes cleaning, which i agreed, and after all this she sent me a message saying that the team claimed i did not rang the bell and they were there all the time, which is a lie. The apartment has poor isolation (wall and windows) and noisy neighbours so nobody form my familiy could rest.

Not included breakfast.This is not a hotel but an apartment for travelers. Location is good enough to go to some famous places - Sevilla Cathedral and the Tower and the guidiance was so kind and the parking place was excellent. too. So please improve some facilities

Some facilities are old and not modern. So that makes us uncomfortable. For the better places for traveler's we hope they can be improved.

Had both a washing machine and dryer which was nice and not that common in Spain. The air conditioning was very good. Had a tea pot and a regular, American style drip coffee maker.

Check-in did not go smooth. We confirmed several times that we would be at the apartment by 3:00pm but the room was not ready for us when we arrived. We were exhausted from our travel in from the states and so were not happy that we had to wait for cleaners to come. The apartment was VERY noisy - no sound barrier whatsoever. Went to bed each night with people shouting and kids screaming/ crying at late night hours. The apartment wasn't in the best of neighborhoods - far away from key sights.

The host was waiting for us at the entrance, she was very kind and helpful. The place was very nice, very well located and it had everything we need it.

Comfortable apartment located in the foot walk distance from the center of the city. Good equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. The insulation is poor, but the neighbors are quiet enough. The aircons (heating) are in each room. Underground parking - one of the biggest advantages. We were met by the hostess friend. She helped us with parking and gave all information needed.

Some facilities need to be renovated. The apartment is a bit darkie as windows are faced to the inner yard . Although it could be an advantage during the hot period. It's not a drawback, just be ready for the narrow parking elevator. The mirrors must be folded!
