Utopia Home Alameda

Very cute flat with all amenities we needed ( washer, drier, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc) conveniently located in pedestrian area not far from the center of town (15 min walk to Cathedral/Alcazar). Host was super good with communication, especially with English instructions for us with poor Spanish skills.

It's really a tight fit to get into the parking elevator from the street if you have a large car like ours (Peugeot 5008) and it was a bit tricky to navigate the pedestrian streets although there host had great instructions and directions. Also the A/C in the main room broke the first day and leaked over the sofa bed which was a bit of a hassle.

The apartment was very comfortable and a nice choice to live in Seville. Also, it was very helpful that it provides parking free of charge as it’s a little difficult to park in the city. However, it was a little challenging to enter the parking and you have to take it into consideration if you drive a big car.

Great location, comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Kitchen had everything you need including wash machine. Thank you to Patricia who helped us get the large car firstly into the lift and then into the car spot. We didn’t move the car for 3 days afraid not getting it back into the car park 😊

The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. Its very well equipped with comfy bed, great shower and well stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee and even laundry liquid were provided. The location is really good, just off the Plaza Alameda de Hércules with lots of bars and restaurants and a good launch pad to the sites. The secure parking was a real bonus too. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

A lot of street noise on the Saturday evening but very quiet on the Sunday night. I suspect its the same everywhere and the price you pay for being right in the centre.

A fabulous apartment, just off a main square full of cafes and on the tourist bus route. The apartment had everything you could want and was scrupulously clean. We had an amazing time!
