Petfriendly, Umdloti Beachfront Escape

The place is in a good locations the view is amazing, Was easy to get to place and get inside the property. The place was clean and the facilities was enough for us what we needed

When we got to place to collect the remote there was no hulp to get the remote someone can easy take the wrong keys or remote as the cashiers is not helpful, On the day we had to give the remote back on the informations given on booking.com you have to sign the remote in there was no sign out log that can lead to problems if the remote gets lost. The locations is great however what you pay for and what you get it seems a little bit to much and the rules of the place is insane even if it say pet friendly, we left our little fur friends at home as the it was said that pets is not allowed on the furniture however beds had hair on when we arrived, The bunk beds steps to get on the top bed was loose my daughter fell with it on the floor it can be dangerous The bottom gate was asked to keep it close every time we left the gate was open

Should try fix your roofs as it was raining the water was all over that dinning room

We really enjoyed our stay Loved that each room had an aircon
