Comfortable for what I needed it for. The shower pressure was fabulous. Kitchen was reasonably stocked, dont think i have seen that anywhere.

No bin in the bathroom/toilet. Had to use the same one in the kitchen. Wish there is a box to drop the gate key at the gate, when I drove out after checked out so I dont have to go inside the apartment again to drop the remote gatekey.

Suited our accommodation needs to a tee, good value, we stayed a week.  Direct access from apartment to secure allocated car space in garage. Comfortable bed in spacious studio for two. Small bar size fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster. We chose not to cook but there was a microwave and hot plate there too. Aldi a 1 minute walk. Washing machine and dryer included in kitchenette. Comfy lounge chairs or watch tv from bed. Double glazed windows blocked most traffic noise and quiet complex.

There is no acoustic partition wall can hear the neighbours talking through out the night

The outside front had street appeal, the cafe over the road was delightful

The place smells, the bathroom is desperately in need of a thorough clean/ complete renovation. Floors dirty, pillows lumpy

Location, next to Aldi, and Chinese food. It faces the street, but after closing windows and doors, noise is not too bad. Bed is comfortable; the studio has all facilities… Netflix, washing machines, dryer (but we did not use them); back door leads to car park and the front door leads to outdoor seating.

Well, if I have to say sth about it, it would be lightening. The ceiling has three lightening panels and I feel a bit too bright. They have to be switched on and off together. Otherwise using only the bedside lamp seems a bit dark. Needs some time to get used to this.
