Very easy and clear instructions on what to do.

I had no problems

Nice little apartment with everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked everything to cook with and the place was clean and tidy. The car parking was very convenient with it being located right next to the apartment. Location was good but is about 25-40 minutes into the city by car (depending on traffic). I didn’t use public transport so unsure how good that is. Overall I felt like it was good value for the price.

The bathroom was very small, but suitable for a short stay. The payment option is confusing, as it seems like, on booking.com, that you can pay by card but there is no reception on-site and they only accept cash. I also only received check in details the day off, and I had to contact them to ask for it. But once I got the details it was easy to find and access the property.

Location suited us. Room was comfortable. Was quieter than what I though it would be. Convenient car parking, safe and secure.

Very conveniently located and had everything we needed.

Very good location. 10 minutes walk to Box Hill Central and train/tram/bus terminal. Or you can take a bus which is just outside the door. Secured car park on site. Washing machine and dryer on site so very handy to do some washing if you have already travelled for a while.

They do not have facility for credit card payment so you have to either doing a bank transfer or cash.

Easy access to many places. Owner easy to reach and answered all questions, I would stay there again.
