Great location.. price just right

Only negative is…AS stated by owner, hot water heater is very small……..only issue

Value for money, ease of communication, great location & on-site parking. Well kept property with all the amenities needed.

As stated by owner, hot water system is small & needs time to re heat inbetween showers. We found even having a decent comfortable shower had to be rushed.

location, the room is spacious and the kitchen's inductional cook top was very useful.

Washroom basin has no space for toiletries.

Everything there that you could want. Parking was available right outside the back door . Parking was included and the price was great as was the comfort of the bed.

Front gate stuck and we had to hop over the hedge next door to get access to the front door

Very well equipped and reasonably close to Box Hill Station. The unit had plenty of space for two people.

Parking was right at the door and easy to access. Everything was clean and available in the apartment. Very centrally located so easy to get around. Also the supermarket is very close.

Property cld do with a bit of a revamp, it was good location wise for us
