Communication from the property owners was consistent before my stay, and a contact number provided if required. The accommodation was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking pans, frypan, cutlery, washing, and cleaning products. Coffee and tea and laundry detergent also provided. Washer and dryer also provided for use. Toilet paper and hand soap also provided. I stayed in number 4 and loved the location. A carpark was also provided in the underground carpark, but I could not use it due to having borrowed my son' ute, which was too big. Space would comfortably fit a sedan or small car. Height of garage is your normal 2.1 metre. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the bins had been taken out for me on rubbish collection days. I did come back to do this after spending time with my children and their families to find that this had been done for me. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for me as I don't know Melbourne well and chose well. Distance to my two kids was 6 and 9 kilometres respectively and not too much of a nightmare for me driving in the traffic to get to them. I found the neighbours pleasant too.

The only thing for me that I did not like was that I could hear the tenants in the upstairs apartment every time they were walking around.
