Location very good, with shops just round the corner. Plenty of space in the house, well-supplied kitchen, spare bedding available.

Not a complaint - just to say that there were no kitchen scissors which, while we didn't really need them, we wanted to point out in case they had been there but had disappeared before we arrived. Just one comment, probably more for the booking agency - we were a bit shocked by the addition of an £80 cleaning fee for a 2-night stay, which hadn't been made obvious to us when we booked the property. I would suggest that this should be made explicit when booking, and also the rather steep fee we felt was rather an unpleasant shock. Parking a bit of a problem but to be expected in a central town location.

"Passable, with issues"

It was bigger than I had expected based on the pictures, and is in a great location for experiencing Whalley.

No cot on arrival (which had been previously agreed), but this was sorted quickly after contacting the host. The boiler was not working, which meant a few cold showers, until we looked at the boiler and topped it up ourselves.
