Good location. Easy access and parking.

No clear payment schedule and poor communication. Was told £80 cleaning fee payable at property but that was added to invoice along with a damage deposit of £100 (told collected a day before arrival). Then, they tried to take all this from my credit card a month before. I had no idea why a payment £180 more than I agreed was being taken. I had to phone my bank as fortunately the payment didn’t go through as card had expired. On complaining to booking.com I immediately had a sweet message saying they’d invoice me a week before like nothing had happened. I’m 6 days post stay now, it’s me who’s had to chase the refund of deposit, now they’ve asked for bank details - really this procedure should be clarified beforehand. Most would charge a card and automatically refund or just have the facility to take a payment if necessary. I really would advise people not to rent this property for the above reasons.

Getting the keys and accessing the property was very easy. Great communication with the property manager. The property itself was perfect. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable.

The place was clean, comfortable and a great size for us.

There was no shampoo, body wash, toiletries which we would expect from a holiday let.

Fantastic location

large spacious property with all the basic facilities needed for a self catering stay. would look to book this protest again if we needed to stay in the area.
