Good location with walkable access to Matterhorn paradise lift or bus. Reasonable price as compared with other options in this expensive mountain town. Great communication before and after arrival.

A bit tight for 3 with bed and pull out couch right next to each other. We were with our adult son. Better for just 2 people.

Fabulous communication with the owner. My wife lost the key, but we got a replacement sent to us at the Firefly Hotel within about an hour. Recommend always using the lock box when leaving. Male foxes screeching woke us the first night. Owner answered my questions about ski rental and trash or waste disposal.

A couple more bed pillows would be nice. We had trouble with the IKEA induction stovetop, which apparently is a common problem. We couldn’t get the TV streaming to work, but it wasn’t missed.

Perfect location in walking distance to Matterhorn express. In my opinion the best part of the skiing area. Value for money. Renovated. Easy check in.

Everything was fine. I would appreciate scissors in kitchen and ski boots heaters in house ski room, but it was not any big deal

The owner was so incredibly kind and helpful. Very very responsive. Went above and beyond to help us out of a sticky situation. The location was fantastic. Equally close to the lifts as to the village.

It was a nice and cosy apartment. Christophe was prompt in responding to all of my enquiries. The walk from the train station wasn’t that bad, I enjoyed the walk through town to the apartment.
