Very clean and well maintained apartment... closer to matterhorn glacier paradise ride starting point

We liked the location. Very close to the Matterhorn Paradise Gondola station.

The description said it was a one bedroom apartment. But it turned out to have only a living room. No separate room as I had expected. This put us off. Secondly there were very less utensils and to add to it the frying pan was not induction compatible.

The property is perfect for spending some days in Zermatt with the family. The apartment looks fully refurbished and all is very clean and new.

It is not in the town centre but being Zermatt a small town all is only 5-10 min away.

I liked that it had a balcony with chairs and a small table. I liked that the apartment had a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.

Lovely location just outside the hubbub of Zermatt. As others commented, there was a cute family of deer outside the balcony every morning! The apartment was well equipped including an adapter plug for European and UK plugs.

One crucial criticism is that there is no laundry facility at the apartment. There is a laundry room on the ground floor, but apparently it’s exclusively for the owners of the apartments. We were told to use a laundrette in town which is more than 10 minutes walk away. It would have been a big problem if we stayed more than 3 nights. Also, there was no information about which floor the apartment was, so we looked for the room on 3 floors before we found it. It would also have helped if there was some instructions on how to use the cooker.
