ON ARIVING AT THE PROPERTY AT MIDNIGHT THERE WERE NO KEYS IN LOCK BOX AS INSTRUCTED , CALLED EMERGENCY NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES NO RESPONCE LEFT MESSAGES WHICH WERE NOT RESPONDED TO , LEFT STRANDED IN AN UNKNOWN CITY TO SEEK OUT OTHER ACCOMMIDATION AT 1.30AM

KEYS FOR APPARTMENT TO BE LEFT AVAILABLE AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED - OR EVEN A RESPONCE FROM OWNERS WHEN ATTEMPTED TO BE CONTACTED . LEFT WITH NO CONTACT TO FIND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMIDATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT - UNABLE TO RESOLVE ISSUE TILL 11AM FOLLOWING MORNING - REFUND OF 1 NIGHT HARDLY COVERD THE STRESS CAUSED - TOTALY POOR MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY AND EXTREM LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - 30TH WEDDING ANIVERSARY SPOILED ONCE KEYS RECIEVED ( A DAY LATE ) INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED ARE WRONG - APPARTMENT IS 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS UP NOT ONE AND DOES NOT HAVE A NUMBER ONE ON THE DOOR AS PER INSTRUCTION ( HOWEVER THE POOR OLD LADY IN THE APPARTMENT THE NEXT FLOOR UP HAS A NUMBER 1 ON HER DOOR ) - HOW MUCH MORE COULD BE WRONG ?????

Instructions to get into the property need to be clearer. The balcony isn't actually a real balcony that you can sit on. It's more like a French balcony! Toiletries are just little, tear open, packets!

Amazing location and great value for money. Everything was really clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our stay once we managed to get in. Having 2 bathrooms, each with a shower in was a real plus. Host left us 2 bottles of wine, along with all the required soaps and loo roll etc. We didn’t have any issues with street noise or the room being too bright as others have mentioned previously. The curtains in the lounge couldn’t shut but there was big double doors that could be closed to stop light/noise getting to the bedroom. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Air con also worked great! And there’s a big spar shop a few doors down which was really handy!

Not really a complaint, just advice to the next people who stay: the key in the lockbox outside the property is not for the gate it’s attached to, but for a door to the right hand side which is set back in a little entrance bit. Once inside the apartment is higher than the 1st floor as there’s about 3 flights of stairs to go up (though there is a lift). It was nearly pitch black when we arrived in the early hours of the morning and there wasn’t a light so we had to use our phone torches. It took a little bit of time but we did find the room which had a small Budapest apartments sticker on the front door.

The location of the property was absolutely great and just a short walk away from the airport bus

I had a few issues when trying to get the keys but once in I was fine . The neighbours were kind in helping me .

Good location.

Apartment did not match the high quality of the photos - only one bar of soap and sample size packet of moisturiser (no shower toiletries in either bathroom), only 2 pillows on bed (4 in photos) and one was feather so became very flat, no bedspread on bed, no coffee capsules for machine, towels thin. Apartment also needs maintenance - one of the curtains in living area has come off hooks and is hanging down, one of the exterior window shades is stuck in the open position so we couldnt lower it, upstairs bathroom door very difficult to open and close (we could only use it twice and there was no toilet paper in it when we arrived). The light from the stairwell also shines directly into the bedroom. The bed is also very hard and needs a mattress topper to prevent feeling the springs. There is also little/no room to put suitcases in the bedroom so we had to keep all our clothes downstairs. Not at all good value for money.

Location and the main room

Unclean, found a bug (cockroach). Separate and small bed sheets… Not enough towels. The property is old, spider webs on the ceiling. Not clear explanation how to find the place. I could write more but :D
