Great location, loved the balcony and the shower/shower pressure was amazing! Great views

Couch was hard, no chairs outside which would've been nice, bed was small. Few stains on the carpet

Great location and security for tenant and parking. All the entry instructions and accompanying photos were easy to understand, the guidebook was great about all aspects of the stay. Felt very safe and at home in this apartment. All amenities and the entertainment package were top notch. Congratulations to the owners of Swainson on Balfours. :) We will be highly recommending this place to family and friends.

Only a suggestion - Toilet bag did the trick. Bathroom window needs opaque film over it.

.We were given 1 towel and it took multiple follow ups to get a second one for two people. It didnt arri e until late the second day!!! .only one key supplied .check in was delayed because their cleaners were unavailable. We were offered late check out in place.... but they didnt honor it. .Carpets were disgusting. Stained, old, need to be replaced. .Photos not of the actual apartment .no soap in the hand soap dispenser .bathroom tap not secured .dangerous power point switches with wiring accessible .dust and dirt everywhere. Absolutely filthy .dryer dust collector falls off which is noisy at night, then sends lint all through anythung you have in the area. .bed is a double with bedding that is queen or king. This doesnt match the selection for the king we made .pillows uncomfortable .no washing powder supplied for the facilities .had to have the house recleaned and leave the unit and arrange around them .theres 2 chairs, none outside for the outside table .pool was not heated, said it was .cupboards full of crap... nowhere for folder clothes and 5 hangers provided. We had to put our clothes on the dirty floor. Disgusting. Overpriced. Ruined our trip!
