"Wild goose chase just to check in!"

Size and location was great

The wild goose chase to get the keys find the park filling out forms online after I'd already booked online. Sending a picture of me and my driver's licence via txt as well as proof of payment so screenshot my bank acct was not happy about that. Having to wait hours for my room to be ready when the website states 2pm check in and I got into my room finally at 5:30! And the 250 dollar bond is quite excessive for such an old boring apartment. The Netflix was indian so nothing to watch on tv. Building smelt like smoke and Chinese food gone bad

The checkin process was a nightmare! Had to collect the key 4 blocks away and this was not mentioned on their website

The whole payment and checkin procedure....absolute nightmare!
