The location.

The aircon was leaking water, the fridge wasn’t working, the toilet didn’t have any fan when you opened your bowels and showering fogged up the mirrors, aircon only in the lounge room so the bedroom was hot. the room smelt like it haven’t been cleaned for awhile.

the staff were nice and accomodating - the room was tidy

the air con doesnt work very well and it also leaks water. the fridge doesn’t work very well. and we had to wait a bit after check in because the key wasn’t actually there - for an already late check in. Tv hdmi doesn’t work so we couldn’t watch what we wanted to watch.

Good location

Very complicated booking and verification process, keys had to be collected 5km from the property. It wasn’t cleaned properly.

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for a week stay including a washing machine/dryer combo. Location was great with an easy walk to the city. It was great to have the secure parking facilities located directly under the building with lift access directly to our floor.

This whole property is badly in need of cleaning. The walls and carpet were grubby. The carpet was so dirty and stained I felt like I didn’t want to walk in bare feet. The couch is grubby and smelly. The whole unit smelled musty on entering. The aircon filters were so caked with dust and fluff I had to e-mail the property manager to clean them before we could turn it on. There are no fans or air conditioning in the bedroom and on a Friday and Saturday night, it is party central directly beneath the building, so we had to close the tiny opening window to be able to sleep. The whole checkin and checkout process is unbelievably inconvenient, especially when you fly in with a couple of suitcases then need to walk off looking for the location of the lockbox that contains the key. The same applies on departure, you then have to walk off and put the key back in the lockbox. The checkin time of 3.00pm is totally inconvenient and then being expected to pay an extra fee to check in at a normal time is unreasonable. The foyer and lift in the building smell of stale cigarette smoke and old food. The floors don’t get cleaned from one day to the next. The cleaners of this building are definitely not of a professional standard that is expected when paying big name hotel prices.
