We rented a property in the historical centre of Cordoba. Amazing location, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a really lovely living room. However the AC wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The owners relocated us to another apartment close by that was three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and outside of the main attraction area where the first was. The second apartment was fine but a bit of a let down after the first one. However, it was clean and had everything we needed and was only 10 mins outside of the historical centre. We liked the responsiveness of the owners when we had issues, however.

As I said, the second location was not quite as good as the first so a bit disappointing. With the extreme heat the building lobby also had an infestation of dead and dying cockroaches but I’m fairly sure that’s not a usual occurrence because there was no sign of them in the apartment.

The location was ideal for visiting all the attractions. It was nice to see the horse and carriages passing under the balcony. The lounge area was spacious and bright with a large sofa which was good for socialising. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and included a kettle, coffee machine and toaster and complimentary coffee pods. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp - they provided details of tours etc and transfers from the airport before we left. It was walking distance to the airport bus stop.

At times there was a horrible smell in the large bedroom at the back of the apartment which we think is due to the main sewage outlet being close to that room as we could hear the toilet and shower discharge from the apartment above. There wasn’t enough hot water for 6 showers in the morning- so the last person in the shower had a chilly shower. We got lost trying to find the apartment. When reading these reviews be aware that they relate to multiple apartments - as do the photos - we stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

The location of this home is exceptional, offering easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The owners are incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to assist with any questions or needs. The apartment itself is highly convenient, featuring two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The living room is spacious and comfortable, complete with a lovely balcony. Overall, the combination of a great location and attentive hosts made a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment requires renovation, as the furniture, bathroom accessories, and kitchen appliances are all worn out. Although the apartment is meant to accommodate 4+ people, we only found one wine glass, two coffee cups, and other insufficient items. Additionally, while complimentary coffee capsules were provided, there was no coffee machine available to use them. The cleanliness was acceptable In general, but the overall feeling was less than satisfactory, For example, we found unwashed dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Based on the location, apartment layout, and friendly staff, the price we paid offers fair value.

Huge and elegant apartment in a location that could not be better.

As a luxurious stay I would have liked a range of toiletries and perhaps a bottle of wine.
