Great location. Walking distance from all attractions. The place is really in the middle of all worth visiting in Seville. Service (via WhatsApp) was very attentive in helping with reservations to a flamenco show and in quickly sending help when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the property.

We had to wait for almost half an hour for the person that delivered the key, although we repeatedly informed our arrival time via WhatsApp. The elevator was broken when we arrived but was fixed next day. The place is spacious but room distribution is odd (difficult to avoid in a historic building, I guess). However, the real issue with the place is a very, very bad smell coming from the third bathroom, which spreads through the entire place. We decided to discontinue the use of that room but the smell was still perceivable as it sneaked thought the door. The owner should seriously consider sealing off that bathroom.

Exceptional in every way! GH Alcázar put you in the middle of everything! Just go out or stay inside, and enjoy... Spacious, comfortable, clean, bright, and fully equipped!

It would be a shame to dislike anything. My family enjoyed this place for a unique week in beautiful Seville!

The property is big and spacious with two large en-suite bedrooms at either end which gives great privacy. A really good kitchen and lounge with cute little balconies. It’s in a perfect location right next the cathedral and in easy walking distance of everything else. Loads of restaurants and bars very close and also tram stops round the corner. The staff that greeted us were very friendly and helpful and our check in was very smooth. Cannot fault this property or Seville in general, such a great place for a city break!

We were met at the place. She was very friendly and showed us the apartment. Very comfortable, with everything necessary. We really enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. I recommend it.

The bathroom in the 2nd bedroom needs some updating. Like the shower and that it had no place to put the soap or gel. And it was tied with a plastic tie... other than that it was wonderful

The apartment was huge and the location could not have been better, a block from the cathedral and great restaurants.

The AC was a bit sluggish.
