Central location, few minutes away to Cathedral and Alcazar.

No natural light for 2 bedrooms; one bedroom has a window to the interior of the building and you can see the kitchen. Bad smell from draining system i think.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everywhere. The property is in a mixed use building so we were on the same corridor as a haematologist, lawyers, digital services company etc. But they seem to operate sporadically and mostly in the morning, the rest of the time the building is quiet. It is on a quiet street which opens directly at one end to the cathedral and the Giralda. At the other end it opens on to Calle Arfe and the lively bars and cafes of El Arenal. Whether you want an authentic breakfast experience, a snack at lunchtime in a deli, or dinner out at a lively Taberna, it’s all within very easy waking distance. There are also great little supermarkets and bakeries close by. The apartment itself was very comfortable, modern and spacious. The cleaners came every 5 days and changed our bedsheets and towels, which was great. For 4 of us, all adults, it was very comfortable. Thank you to the staff who manage the apartment for being responsive to all our needs, any query we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were actually booked into an apartment on the other side of the cathedral but 2 days before our arrival there was a major plumbing problem and we were offered this apartment instead. Thank you for finding us such a great alternative so quickly!

Nothing really

One issue was we had to pay a €30 cash as we arrived after 9pm. This was unavoidable due to flight delay. When we booked it was not in the extras until we had already booked. A lockbox might be better...
