"Basic apartment + carpark"

Clean spacious 1 bedroom apartment on 8th floor suitable for a couple. Rooftop sitting area w clean swimming outdoor pool. Comfy bed, small outdoor veranda, but all very basic. Carpark provided & you do need a car for location. Difficult to locate / enter first time, but owner provides detailed instructions to follow.

There is no dining table & chairs which is usually why we choose apartment w cooking facilities vs hotel. Needs even just a small setting for breakfast or lunch. There is plenty of room to fit this, owner trying to discourage cooking? Furnishing & equipment is very basic. Minimal crockery etc. Carpets need thorough steam clean..Right next to pub & Gabba football ground which can be noisy on Sat nite. Pub hotel shuts at 4am.
