Inner city 1 bedroom Apartment with Rooftop pool and Parking - Serain Residences

Quite a beautiful apartment, balcony accessible from bedroom or lounge. Bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. TV, Wifi and air con working perfectly. bathroom nicely stocked with toiletries and kitchen was nicely equipt with coffee, sugar, tea and some milk. Everything was exceptional, highly recommended. Would book again yes.

Just a couple of things could be better. One more toilet roll for people who stay one week and trash can in the kitchen could be bigger. One more bathroom towel also would be helpful.

Not long after Walking in I was surprised to see fireworks over the city, So So beautiful, balcony accessible from bedroom or lounge. Bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Everything was exceptional beyond my expectations of accommodation. Big Thank you

I initially found it hard to find

The apartment is spacious, has cooking facilities and a comfortable bed. The balcony is very nice to enjoy some fresh air. Not much more good things to say, actually. We did get a refund for our stay due to the below mentioned issues with cleanliness, but I still regret leaving money here. I have the feeling that the description of this property is misleading on purpose, and so are the pictures. Value for money is really bad considering what you could get in a decent hotel in the city center (where you also have SHARED pools!).

The apartment was not cleaned when we got there - the kitchen was filthy, covered in fat and fruit flies. Also in the bathroom there were clear signs that is was not cleaned: There were stains of all colors every around the toilet and sink, hair on the floor and so on. It also was not vacuumed, which is a problem for people with allergies. Only the bed was made and fresh towels placed. Sadly, the owner did not respond when we tried to make contact to find solutions for this problem during our stay. In addition, the property description is misleading: There is NO private pool at this apartment. There is a roof top pool that is shared with the big apartment complex. We were never alone there during our short stay. Same for the BBQ area. Also the pictured show the place in a much better light than it presented itself, because there are massive stains e.g. on the carpet, some on walls etc. Also the pool area is not as shiny anymore, but looks much more used nowadays. The location might be nice for visitors of the nearby stadium, but to get to the city or other areas is is quite far.
