GBThe apartment was very clean and well maintained. The owner, Karim, was extremely helpful and in contact with us throughout our stay. The balcony was a great advantage and something we really appreciated. Having the option to use a parking space was an additional plus. The bed was super comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped.

NLGoede locatie vlak bij Station Brussel-Noord waardoor je makkelijk de stad met openbaar vervoer kunt verkennen. Alles wat je nodig hebt (en meer) is aanwezig. Handige en veilige parkeerplaats in parkeergarage onder het gebouw. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is indrukwekkend.
Het bed is, in elk geval voor onze begrippen, smal en het kraakt als je je omdraait. Alles is nogal gedateerd/verouderd.

ISESMolt bona recepció per part de l'amfitrió tot i arribar passades les 12 de la nit, en Karim va ser molt atent i ens va prestar una molt amable benvinguda i detallades explicacions. L'estudi va complir les nostres expectatives, a destacar la neteja i la polivalència de disposar d'una cuineta. Està molt ben comunicat a l'estar l'estació de tren just al davant, et permet arribar des de l'aeroport en 15 minuts amb tren i traslladar-te al centre en uns 30 minuts caminant o 10 minuts en metro o tren. Molt de silenci per la nit.
Tot i que l'allotjament està en molt bon estat de conservació i molt net si que disposa d'un mobiliari/decoració una mica antiquat i alguns mobles massa grans per l'espai disponible. La il·luminació també és una mica pobre.
