EGthe place in front of north central station the host ( Karim ) is very friendly and give advice any time and fast reply the place has all what i need i liked that place and will be the next time i come to brussels

CAKarim is a wonderful person he provided ample information about the city and our options. The property is well situated close to rail station and metro. Clean and with a functional kitchen by the was good coffee. I had the opportunity to see Karim mother so nice and helpful lady

The property owner was not professional, I paid but didn't stay at the location because he refused to answer his calls or his messages.went to the location side but never had access to the apartment . I called several times and left several messages, but he was not available. I paid for 2 nights but didn't even spend a night there. I received a refund of only 38€. That's call stealing. I am not happy with that
GBThis is the cleanest property I've recently been to!! Furniture is a bit outdated but it has a lot of storage, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need (no washing machine though). It has a balcony overseeing the city and station (but there is no noise whatsoever) where we took our meals and relaxed. A lot of security doors at the entrance. Wifi works pretty well too. The host was super in reaching out, providing information and tips. Train station is across the road, so super easy to reach and move around and to go to city center.
Being next to the train station, surroundings may look dodgy. As for everywhere, just watch out and it will be more than fine.
SKThe owner was super helpful and kind; for example, upon arrival, when I arrived after one in the morning due to a delay, he had no problem coming and accommodating me.
PLThe apartment is cosy, full equipped, good located- with very good transport options around (train & metro station 100m and many buses). Maybe all things inside are not new, but very clean. Very good place for 2 persons. But the main asset is the host- Karim! He is really great, he took care about us many days before we came, gave us very useful advise how to get to the apartment. He was very flexible- it was a possibility for earlier checking in. In the fridge we found welcome beer and Karim gave us many tips where to go (oral and in prepared materials- also in our language) Karim you are the best host ever!!!
